💼 Leadership & Activism

• She is the Founder and Executive Director of NIGAWD, where she leads initiatives for girls’ education, women’s rights, reproductive health awareness, and youth empowerment.
• She is a survivor-activist and anti-Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) campaigner.
• Abimbola has served as an ambassador for anti-FGM movements, including roles such as EndFGM Ambassador for UK-based groups and African Union Saleema Youth Victorious Ambassador for West Africa.
• She has engaged in training and advocacy across several African countries to strengthen civil society capacity on gender issues.

🌍 Advocacy & Community Influence

• She has been a member of Nigeria’s National Technical Committee on FGM since 2014, contributing to national efforts to end harmful practices.
• She convenes youth empowerment efforts such as Ekiti Youth Agenda and campaigns like “Vote Not Fight – Election No Be War.”
• Abimbola also serves on the Ekiti State SDG Board and advocates for youth involvement in sustainable development goals.
